Hi everyone!

As many of you are aware, my background in barrel racing runs deep. In 2016, my father Kevin and I established Midland Barrel Racing, which has since evolved into one of the largest barrel racing events in the Northeast, with annual payouts averaging $300,000. Our membership spans over nine states, and we have developed a comprehensive awards and sponsored rider program to support the barrel racing community.

Having been involved in barrel racing since the age of six, I understand the significance of wisely choosing where to invest my hard earned money and which associations will provide the most benefit and support.

With that in mind, I am excited to announce my partnership with the International Barrel Racing Association as the state director for New York and Connecticut. My goal is to create an additional association in the Northeast that offers members opportunities for points, substantial payouts, and exceptional awards, while also fostering an environment free from the drama often associated with individual district managment. As an IBRA member, you will communicate directly with me and the IBRA team , ensuring clear communication and support!

I am committed to developing a robust awards program similar to what Midland has achieved. Additionally, I have secured an agreement with Midland to host an IBRA state show at their facility every year. In the spirit of inclusivity, these shows will welcome both IBRA members and non-members.

Next year, all three days of each Midland show will be IBRA sanctioned, including the outdoor "Saturday Night Light" races. I am eager to collaborate with other local independent producers to sanction their events with IBRA as well.

To participate, all you need to do is purchase a membership, with no additional fees or classes required to earn IBRA points at any shows. I will consolidate the states into a single district (NY). If you reside in Connecticut and wish to acquire a membership, it will be done under New York. We are collaborating with several Connecticut producers to host IBRA shows in Connecticut as well.

IBRA also hosts an impressive National Finals event in Cloverdale, IN, located just 11 hours from Fonda, with anticipated payouts and awards totaling around $300,000 over 4 days. With a 5D payout structure it significantly enhances the potential for substantial rewards!

I’ve been putting in a lot of work and have already raised $5,000 in added money for the first IBRA show which we’ll be hosting during Columbus Day weekend (October 10-12) at Midland in 2025.
